David Smith is the pseudonym of a person incarcerated in Texas for the last 22 years. During this time they have witnessed TDCJ promise changes to improve the system, only to actually see it get worse, with families and the public lied to, misled or just left in the dark. So now they have decided to come forward and start telling the public what is really going on.
