Nancy Loucas

Nancy is the executive coordinator of the Coalition of Asia Pacific Tobacco Harm Reduction Advocates (CAPHRA), a regional alliance of consumer advocacy organisations. CAPHRA is not related to, or funded by, any commercial interests. She is also the co-founder and director of Aotearoa Vapers Community Advocacy (AVCA) in New Zealand, and founded Paraclete Associates to provide mentoring and strategic planning to similar organizations.
