Niko is a writer who was formerly incarcerated for selling drugs. Born in Leningrad in the last days of the Soviet Union, he now lives in the United Kingdom. His work has appeared in publications including Salon, Alternet and The Influence. He is the author of Dopeworld, a book about the international drug trade, published by Hodder in July 2019.
