Khary Rigg & Steven Proctor

Dr. Khary Rigg (@krigg01) is an assistant professor in the Department of Mental Health Law and Policy at the University of South Florida. He is a behavioral health services and policy researcher with over 15 years of experience studying substance use disorders. He is also an affiliate with the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute and a NIDA Diversity Scholar. He currently serves on the editorial boards of Psychology of Addictive Behaviors, Harm Reduction Journal, Qualitative Social Work and Substance Use & Misuse.

 

 

Dr. Steven Proctor (pictured above, @DrStevenProctor) is a licensed clinical psychologist and addictions outcomes researcher. He is the founder of PRO Health Group, a research and recovery monitoring solutions company committed to improving the delivery of substance use disorder treatment by helping agencies get to a place of measurement-based and outcomes-informed care. He is a fellow of Yale University’s NIDA-supported “Innovation to Impact” entrepreneurship training program for addictions researchers.
