Jeevika Verma

Jeevika is a radio producer and poetry editor based in New York City. She recently got her master’s at Columbia Journalism School, where she spent months producing long-form narrative work on the overdose crisis, power struggles within the South Asian community, and the mental health of couples struggling with addiction. Her work has appear in publications including NPR, Ploughshares, Crosscut, The Juggernaut, Homegrown and The Seattle Globalist.
